EA May Acquire Social Network

Rupture is a social network (i.e. MySpace, Facebook Mocospace, etc. etc.) for gamers created by Shawn Fanning and Jon Baudanza (creators of Napster). It has been reported that EA is checking it out and looking to buy it to make some tweaks and create their own social gaming network.  Rupture never actually sprang to life very much, however it is reported by G4 that the infrastructure of Rupture could be exceptionally valuable to EA for the development of their social gaming network.
